Registration+ > Participation fee and payment

Participants will be accommodated at the workshop venue. The participation fee includes accommodation and meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) during all work days of the workshop (including the Grenoble tour day), as well as the dinner on the arrival day and breakfast on the departure day.

Participants can choose to be accommodated in a
- single room (€1083,5 fee = €985 + 10% VAT);
- shared double room (€814 fee = €740 + 10% VAT).

It is possible to attend part of the workshop - see the per day prices in the registration form. Though, we encourage you to attend the whole workshop!

Attending the workshop without booking accommodation is also possible. This option includes the coffee breaks and the lunch on the attendance days (€70,4 per day = €64 per day + 10% VAT). Again, while offering this option, we encourage full participation in order to facilitate spontaneous discussions in the evenings and mornings, as well as during the Grenoble tour day.

Please complete your payment no later than the 19th of May 2023.

Note. If you see that there are no more places left in shared double room accommodation, and you want specifically that, please contact us (qhedge-grenoble [at] sciencesconf [dot] org). We should be able to convert some single accommodation slots into shared double ones.

Note 2. Several participants have received support to pay the participation fees. Those participants will receive discount codes to be entered into the payment form.
